Fractional head of product
Ongoing, 1 to 3 days a week. Direction, quality bar, team cadence.
15+ years using technology to scale operations, products and teams, with AI as the newest and biggest lever.
I've led product, design and data teams at companies from 20 people to thousands, mostly at the growth stage: scaling what already works, and finding the new products that drive the next wave of growth.
That has meant building tech-enabled marketplaces with matching and automated quality engines at their core, AI training data platforms, workforce intelligence products, and the agentic tooling that lets operations scale, each taken from idea to impactful launch.
The common thread: finding where technology creates leverage in an operation, then building what captures it. Today the biggest lever is applied AI, and I bring it to teams as a hands-on operator.
Organizations I've worked with
I work alongside your product leadership, or fill the gap until you have it. Either way, I'm in the work: finding the leverage, then building what captures it.
Connect me to your systems, data and team. I dive in on day one and deliver an audit and synthesis of the leverage.
We agree on the bet, then prove it with prototypes, evals and real-user validation before engineering commits.
Hands-on, or as principal PM until you hire one. Then I help you hire the leaders and hand off cleanly.
The prototype is the new PRD.
With AI, your team can have a working prototype to click through and quickly validate, instead of a document to debate. I help teams make that shift and turn it into their default, with quality bars that hold as they scale.
Not sure which fits? Tell me the problem and I'll suggest one.
Ongoing, 1 to 3 days a week. Direction, quality bar, team cadence.
A hands-on sprint, from a few weeks to a few months. I find the leverage, run the product and prove it while we hire the full-time team.
A sounding board for founders and operating leaders.
A new AI product, an operation that needs to scale, or a team that needs to move faster. Tell me where things stand, and I'll come back with how I can help.
